Doch genau so ist es nun im Jahr 2020 gekommen. Und auch wenn noch der eine oder andere Wettkampf provisorisch auf der Agenda steht, sehen wir uns alle gezwungen uns mit dem Gedanken anzufreunden, dass es vielleicht dieses Jahr do<span>ch keinen Wettkampf mehr geben wird.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Zum Start der Corona Zeit konnte man noch viele Blog Eintr\u00e4ge dazu lesen, wie man sein Training nun richtig gestalten solle f\u00fcr die kommenden Monate, um Schw\u00e4chen zu verbessern. Je l\u00e4nger jedoch Corona dauerte, desto mehr Eintr\u00e4ge konnte man zum Thema Motivation lesen und wie man diese in der sehr unsicheren Zeit beibeh\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n<p>Mir wurde erst durch diese Eintr\u00e4ge und Gespr\u00e4che mit meiner Trainerin, Astrid, sowie meinem Partner bewusst, dass ich eigentlich zu keinem Zeitpunkt ein wirkliches Motivationstief f\u00fcr das Triathlon-Training hatte. Dies brachte mich zum Nachdenken, wieso bin ich weiterhin motiviert obwohl auch bei mir voraussichtlich kein Wettkampf dieses Jahr stattfinden wird? Sich bewusst werden, wieso man den Sport \u00fcberhaupt gerne macht<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Was hat mich \u00fcberhaupt dazu bewegt mit Triathlon anzufangen? Ich habe lange Leistungssport gemacht und dann kam bei mir der klassische Abbruch, von 100% auf null und damit leider auch ein ungesunder Lebensstil. Nichts mehr war \u00fcbrig von der sportlichen Person, welche ich einmal war. 10 Jahre nach dem Beenden meiner \u00abSportkarriere\u00bb kam dann mit meinem ersten Rennrad pl\u00f6tzlich die Freude an Bewegung und der Genuss der Natur zur\u00fcck. Und wie so oft, f\u00fchrte eine Wette zu meinem ersten Triathlon Wettkampf. Wie bei vielen anderen auch. Dies f\u00fchrte dann zu meinem ersten 70.3. Das Wettkampfgef\u00fchl ist einfach ein Traum, dennoch ist es nicht nur der Wettkampf, der mich begeistert zu trainieren. Viel mehr ist es zu sp\u00fcren wie mein K\u00f6rper sich wieder zu dem entwickelt wie ich ihn von fr\u00fcher kannte: sportlich und zuverl\u00e4ssig. Und genau diese Entwicklung meines K\u00f6rpers gibt mir jeden Tag Motivation weiter zu trainieren, egal ob ein Wettkampf da ist oder nicht. Ich kann mich seit 10 Jahren endlich wieder im Spiegel anschauen und bin zufrieden und stolz auf meinen K\u00f6rper. Vorteile\u00a0sehen<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Hat die aktuelle Situation eventuell auch positive Seiten? Ja, die gibt es sogar. \ud83d\ude0a In meinem Fall, durch das Homeoffice fielen zwei Stunden Arbeitsweg weg und ich konnte mehr trainieren. Dies wollte ich schon immer und nun bot sich die M\u00f6glichkeit an ohne Handst\u00e4nde zu machen. Dieses Privileg w\u00e4re ohne Corona nicht passiert und so eine Chance sollte man mit einem Handkuss begr\u00fcssen. Das Training hilft dem Tag Struktur zu geben<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In der unsicheren Zeit mit Homeoffice und dem Verlust der Tagesstruktur half mir das Training weiterhin eine Struktur beizubehalten. Zus\u00e4tzlich hatte ich so jeden Tag etwas vorauf ich mich freuen konnte. Und ja, es war halt nicht das Schwimmen aber zum Gl\u00fcck gibt es ja noch das Laufen und Rad. K\u00f6nnen also immer noch aussuchen.\u00a0Zus\u00e4tzlich kam nat\u00fcrlich noch der Effekt dazu, dass Sport generell einfach hilft auch die schlechten News mal f\u00fcr ein paar Stunden zu vergessen.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=&#8220;1_2,1_2&#8243; Einen Coach zu haben<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ich war schon immer der \u00dcberzeugung, dass ich die Fortschritte nur dank meiner gro\u00dfartigen Trainerin mache. Und w\u00e4hrend Corona wurde <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">mir dies noch bewusster. Wenn der Trainingstag geplant ist und man nicht \u00fcberlegen muss was man machen soll, dass motiviert schon gewaltig und der Schweinehund verschwindet auch von ganz allein. Schliesslich will man im w\u00f6chentlichen Update was zu erz\u00e4hlen haben. Und wenn jemand ganz tolle Wege findet das Training abwechslungsreich zu gestalten, dann ein Coach. Neue Ziele setzen, z.B.\u00a0Bucket-List abarbeiten<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Seit ich mit dem Rennrad angefangen habe, gab es f\u00fcr mich so ein paar Strecken, die ich schon immer mal machen wollte. Doch vor 2 Jahren habe ich mir diese k\u00f6rperlich noch nicht zugetraut bzw. letztes Jahr h\u00e4tten sie mit der Wettkampfvorbereitung konkurriert. Aber in diesem Jahr war ich fit genug und musste auch kein schlechtes Gewissen haben, wenn ich eine Einheit mache, die wohl trainingstechnisch nicht so viel bringt, aber mir daf\u00fcr unglaublich viel Freude bereitet. Und so kam es, dass meine Trainerin und ich diese Ausfahrten in meinen Trainingsplan eingebaut haben. Somit gab es meine erste lange Passfahrt, meinen ersten Tag mit &gt;8 Std auf dem Rad und meiner ersten Bike-Packing Tour. Erlebnisse die ich wohl nicht mehr so schnell vergessen werde! Nat\u00fcrlich habe ich es mir auch nicht nehmen lassen einen 5km Testlauf zu machen. Ich habe einfach gemerkt wie stark ich mich entwickelt habe und wollte dies \u00abschriftlich\u00bb festhalten. Kurzerhand habe ich eine Freundin organisiert die als Pace-Makerin diente. Klar, dies heisst nicht, dass ich jedes Intervalltraining mit Freude gestartet habe \ud83d\ude09. Aber dieses Gef\u00fchl kenne ich ja auch zu normalen Zeiten. Auch ich vermisse die Wettk\u00e4mpfe, aber ich h\u00e4tte wohl das Training viel mehr vermisst, wenn ich dies nicht mehr h\u00e4tte machen d\u00fcrfen.\u00a0Corona hat uns also nur die letzten 5% \u00abgestohlen\u00bb und gl\u00fccklicherweise haben wir immer noch das Privileg uns bewegen zu d\u00fcrfen und die Natur in ihrer vollen Sch\u00f6nheit zu geniessen.
